Community Conversation on Transition for Youth with Intellectual Disabilities
 

This event is an opportunity to bring together community members and stakeholders from the Shakopee area to explore critical topics related to the inclusion of youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) as they transition from high school to adulthood and employment in the community.

During the event, participants will:

  • Share experiences, insights, and ideas with other community members.
  • Identify barriers and challenges faced by youth with IDD in the community.
  • Collaborate on innovative solutions to support smoother transitions to adulthood and meaningful employment for these youth.
