Paid Leave supports Minnesotans when they need time to care and strengthens connection in our families, communities, and workplaces. Employers play an important role to inform and educate their employees about Paid Leave, and these resources can help. Additional resources will be added to MN Department of Labor’s employer resource toolkit as Minnesota gets ready for Paid Leave benefits to begin in January 2026.
