What is a Reverse Job Fair?
- Students showcase their talents, skills, and interests to potential employers through portfolio presentations and conversation.
- Employers or community members circulate among tables and engage students in discussion about who they are and who they want to be, while also sharing information about their company, training opportunities, available jobs, and the knowledge, skills, and dispositions needed to be successful in their field of work.
