Local Asphalt Contractor Acquires Underground Utility Company
MENDOTA HEIGHTS, MINNESOTA – February 1, 2022 – Bituminous Roadways, Inc. (BR), a local asphalt contractor, has acquired G.F. Jedlicki, Inc., an underground utility and excavation company in Chanhasssen, Minn. Purchasing G.F. Jedlicki expands BR’s capabilities and positions the company to offer more competitive pricing to their customers and create efficiencies in project scheduling.

The acquisition will be effective immediately. G.F. Jedlicki employees will be merged into the staff at BR bringing expertise in heavy highway underground utility work, sewer and water construction, and building/site excavation and preparation.
