Join The Parade!
This year’s parade will be a walk-through event: The “floats” will be stationary and attendees can walk around to view them. This setup will allow for more engagement and interaction between the floats and attendees. You can have any sort of set-up you’d like: pass out candy, promotional items, or brochures; have games, activities, or demonstrations; include music and/or costumed characters, etc.!
The parade will take place on First Ave from 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, with setup from 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM.
Business Parade Participant – $175
Nonprofit Parade Participant – $80
Note – You must register and pay online PLUS submit your completed parade application to the Shakopee Chamber by November 1st. Parade space is available on a first come, first served basis.

Holiday Fest is an open streets celebration to kick-off the holiday season! This fun-for-the-whole-family event will feature a market, pictures with Santa, a walk-through parade, tree lighting, and fireworks! Plus, toys will be collected to benefit the CAP Agency’s “Hope for the Holidays” toy distribution program. Please consider donating a new, unwrapped toy!
